General Resources
United Way 211 Atlanta is a website that provides information and referrals to agencies that assist with rent, utilities, shelters, clothing, meals, groceries, childcare, medical care, transportation, and more. You can also get this information by dialing 2-1-1 or texting 211 to 898-211.
You can reach the City of Atlanta’s General Help Line by dialing 3-1-1. Hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 7pm. This only works for those currently located in the City of Atlanta.
Are you about to lose your housing?
If you are at risk of becoming homeless today or in a couple days, there are diversion programs that can offer help before your family experiences a housing crisis. To access diversion services, contact one of the community sites listed below:
