General Resources
United Way 211 Atlanta is a website that provides information and referrals to agencies that assist with rent, utilities, shelters, clothing, meals, groceries, childcare, medical care, and more. You can also get this information by dialing 2-1-1 or texting 211 to 898-211.
You can reach the City of Atlanta’s General Help Line by dialing 3-1-1. Hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 7pm. This only works for those currently located in the City of Atlanta.
Are you about to lose your housing?
If you are at risk of becoming homeless today or in a couple days, there are diversion programs that can offer help before your family experiences a housing crisis. To access diversion services, contact one of the community sites listed below:
